• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate software delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and profiling client server applications.
• Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodology, preferably within an agile environment (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Practical knowledge of API-first design to help build a new, API-first, microservices cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience coding C# and .NET.

Requirements

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing C#, .NET applications.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools effectively throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Experience with spec-driven or design-first development practices.
• 5+ years of experience working with RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc)
• 5+ years of experience writing full-stack applications with HTML, CSS, JS, etc
• Experience with React, Angular or similar technology a plus
• Experience with.NET 8+
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc)
• Experience writing software for and deploying services to cloud providers (Azure cloud, AWS, GCP)
• Experience deploying software to a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
• Experience with writing RESTful APIs
• Thorough understanding of microservices architecture, service scalability and performance optimization
• Thorough understanding of OOP, lightweight processes, memory, data storage, user interfaces, and networking.
• Experience with NoSQL a plus
• Experience with IAM technologies a plus
