Junior Data Analyst

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Junior Data Analyst. Responsibilities:

• Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development to become a subject matter expert (SME) on company platforms, tools, and processes
• Support assigned user groups and special projects to drive platform utilization, customer engagement, and business value
• Provide product support, training, and best practice guidance to users across multiple tools, systems, and reporting solutions
• Deliver insights, examples, and case studies that help users leverage data to make informed business decisions
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and promote customer-focused strategies and solutions
• Serve as a voice of the customer by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for process and product improvement
• Lead onboarding activities, user education efforts, and ongoing customer success initiatives
• Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentations to support business objectives and stakeholder requests
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user adoption, customer satisfaction, productivity, and program effectiveness
• Conduct user evaluations, collect feedback, and communicate findings to support continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to promote user engagement, adoption, and long-term success
• Monitor industry, market, and customer trends to identify opportunities for innovation, process enhancements, and improved user experiences
• Work with internal and external partners to support operational excellence and the implementation of best practices
• Promote continuous learning and skill development among user groups through training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, analytics, business operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences
• Experience working with data, reporting tools, or business applications preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for training, support, and continuous improvement
