Job Summary:

Candidate will provide clerical support to the Sales Department including typing correspondence, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, copying, filing, assembling documentation, while working and communicating effectively with employees and all levels of management. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Functions:

• Good practical knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including excel, word, and powerpoint.
• Must be able to type 40 wpm
• Must have excellent proof reading, spelling, filing, and grammar skills.
• Must have good organizational and time management skills.
• Must have excellent phone and communication skills, and able to express oneself clearly and persuasively.
• Must be able to interact with all levels of management and handle all work confidentially.
• Must be exact and precise providing accurate detailed information.
• Must be able to make decisions within scope of authority
• Must be regular in attendance and able and willing to work.
• Will handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Organize filing systems (both soft and hard copies) for record keeping and maintaining current libraries and databases as required.

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Required to sit for extended periods of time; frequently traverse the building and use business equipment daily such as computers, copier, and telephone, etc.
• Telephone usage will be approximately 20-30% daily.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively.
• Must have neat business like appearance

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
