Job Title: Bilingual Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Type of Employment: Direct Hire
Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 annually

Job DescriptionAddison Group is partnering with our client, a growing manufacturing organization, to identify a Bilingual Strategic Sourcing Specialist. This role is responsible for developing and executing long-range sourcing strategies that support business growth, supplier optimization, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, experience working with international suppliers, and the ability to leverage data to anticipate future supply chain needs and risks.
This is a highly strategic position focused on supplier partnerships, forecasting, and sourcing initiatives rather than day-to-day purchasing or transactional procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business objectives, support future growth, and enhance supply chain performance.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, market conditions, and spending trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across domestic and international markets while driving accountability and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product Development teams to support supplier selection, product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data analysis and forecasting tools to identify supply chain trends, capacity concerns, and long-term sourcing opportunities.
- Lead supplier negotiations, commercial discussions, and strategic initiatives aimed at improving quality, service levels, and total cost of ownership.
- Conduct supplier assessments and root cause analyses to proactively address operational challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
- Travel periodically to supplier facilities in Mexico to strengthen supplier partnerships and support ongoing sourcing initiatives.
- 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience evaluating supplier performance, managing sourcing projects, and developing long-term procurement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external supplier partners.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel on a periodic basis.
