The Role This isn’t a “drone inspection” desk job. You’ll be on the front lines performing daily direct inspections and ladder assists. Our inspectors physically access roofs and structures to deliver thorough, high-quality assessments. New to the field? This is boots-on-the-ground field work designed for individuals who take pride in doing inspections the right way. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Physical Comfort & Safety Do NOT apply if you are uncomfortable climbing roofs. We access all roofs, including steep roofs, two-story-plus structures, and complex builds. You must be confident using a ladder, handling a rope, and wearing a harness. No fear of heights is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. This is a physically active field role.
