The Controller will lead the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across a multi-location organization. This role is responsible for overseeing accounting processes, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance while supporting operational leaders with clear financial insights. The ideal candidate brings strong multi-unit experience, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Qualifications
- 12+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Currently with an organization with $500M + topline
- 5+ years of Controller or Senior Accounting Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-unit accounting & operations reporting
- Hand on experience with audits, compliance, and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred but not a limiting factor
