• Conduct studio tours and showcase our unique Pilates offerings to potential clients.
• Welcome and assist clients in their fitness journey, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily sales operations, including tracking leads and following up with prospective members.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies and events.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Support the overall goals of the studio by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of Pilates or fitness trends is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
