Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in business analytics and hands‑on experience using AI‑driven tools to elevate global sales insights. This role plays a critical part in strengthening data‑driven decision‑making across international markets, serving as a strategic liaison between teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding of global initiatives.

Job Duties

• Data Analysis & Insight Generation
  • Analyze marketing, sales, and operational data to surface trends, performance drivers, and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make complex datasets easy to understand and act on.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure aligned goals and seamless information flow.
  • Support organizational initiatives with clear insights, thoughtful recommendations, and high‑quality deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current in industry best practices to bring fresh, innovative approaches to problem‑solving and optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong background in marketing analytics, sales operations, or related analytical functions .
• Ability to design streamlined data workflows, tools, and/or platforms that make complex data accessible and actionable.
• Proven track record of contributing positively to team success and cross‑functional collaboration .
• Experience with global sales enablement tools and CRM workflows.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and data‑integration frameworks.
