· Greet incoming guests
· Answer phones/respond to emails
· Provide estimates and quotes to clients from start to finish of completed orders
· Check in received product from distributors
Full description
Greet incoming customers and respond to emails and answer phone.
Maintain lobby area 9am-5pm Mon-Fri (no weekends)
Provide walk in customers with quote and estimates and follow up from start to completion of order.
Completed orders must include all specifics needed to full-fill order request from customers.
Be a team player and keep good communication with all team members during process of each order till deliver of order to customer. : The successful candidate will be hard-working, personable reliable, communicative, a good learner, and have a professional level of Integrity and attention to detail required.
REQUIREMENTS
· Prior customer service experience
· Good communication skills
· Team player
· Ability to multi-task
Compensation
· Hourly pay rate based on prior experience
