Job Summary
Our Company is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and able to manage a busy front desk while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage visitor sign-in/security procedures
Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide general information to visitors and callers
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and basic office software
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
Experience with visitor management or scheduling software
Bilingual abilities a plus
