Your New Role

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and PTAC systems, including central AC, ductless systems, and gas/electric heating units

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues with accuracy and efficiency

• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism

• Follow all safety protocols and ensure work complies with state and local codes

• Accurately document service calls and updates through platforms like ServiceTitan

• Participate in the on-call rotation when needed

• Work primarily in Corpus Christi, TX, with opportunities to support surrounding areas like Weslaco, Alice, and San Antonio

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)

• OSHA 30 and SST certifications (preferred or willingness to obtain)

• F60/G60 Fire Safety certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
