Direct Hire Family Practice Physician Needed for our Houston Client

Our client is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, well-established outpatient practice. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from newborns through geriatrics, while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a traditional outpatient schedule, competitive compensation, and strong benefits.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and chronic disease management.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventive health.
- Document patient encounters accurately using an EMR system.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and established clinical guidelines.
- Participate in clinical research activities as appropriate.
- Provide leadership and oversight for clinical support staff.
- MD from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Strong outpatient primary care experience
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Experience supervising or managing clinical staff
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
