Dog Bather
Dog Bathers works in pet grooming salons and complete the following duties: combing dog coats, removing dead skin with a dog brush, regulating water temperature, washing dog with special soap or shampoo, clipping toenails, and maintaining the work area clean and organized. This is a fast-paced position.
Responsibilities:- Parting a dog's hair to check the skin for ticks, fleas, red, sore or inflamed areas and any lumps.
- Checking a dog's eyes, ears, mouth, nose, feet and nails.
- Shampooing.
- Brushing or combing to get rid of tangles.
- Customer Service.
- Cleaning.
Requirements:
- Must love animal.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Must be able to take constructive criticism.
Part time some times full-time.
Tuesday-Friday 9:30-12.
