Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospects and customers to drive new business. If you thrive in a call-driven, target-focused environment and have an interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing prospect and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Make outbound calls to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
Build rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and positioning relevant solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all call activity, prospect details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends, particularly within the automotive space, to speak knowledgeably with prospects.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and activity targets.
Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude throughout every interaction.
Required Qualifications
Strong phone communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily.
Working knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive industry.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
Ability to work in-office in Lubbock, TX, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a call center or inside sales environment.
Background or hands-on experience within the automotive industry.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
