The helm comes first—steering gets plumbed and aligned, electrical harnesses are routed cleanly, and fuel lines are secured and pressure-checked. Before lunch, you fit out accessories and electronics, verifying every connection and fastener. The afternoon brings a troubleshooting session with a teammate to trace a stubborn electrical fault, followed by a careful safety inspection and a final tidy of your bay so the next job starts right. Throughout the day, you take a few customer questions, translating technical details into clear, friendly answers.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Boat Rigger to help us deliver reliable, performance-ready boats in Victoria, TX. You’ll set up steering, electrical, and fuel systems, install accessories, validate safety and function, and partner with teammates to solve problems swiftly—always with the customer experience in mind.

Core Responsibilities

• Install and configure rigging systems: steering, electrical, and fuel.
• Perform thorough inspections of rigging components for safety and proper operation.
• Assemble and install boat accessories and equipment with precision.
• Collaborate with peers to diagnose and resolve rigging issues quickly.
• Keep your workspace orderly and follow all safety protocols.
• Support customers by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Stay current on emerging boat rigging tools, parts, and techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; marine technology certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in boat rigging or closely related marine work.
• Strong mechanical know-how and practical problem-solving ability.
• Comfort working independently and cooperatively on a team.
• Clear communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Working knowledge of marine electrical systems and common tools.
• Availability for flexible hours, including some weekends as needed.
