We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support for a short-term contract position lasting 3-5 weeks. Based in Houston, Texas, this role will require exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic workload effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling administrative tasks, light financial information, and travel coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain executive calendars to ensure seamless scheduling and time management.
• Create and organize spreadsheets to track essential property-related needs and other administrative data.
• Handle light financial tasks, including reviewing and organizing information as required.
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Facilitate executive meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to relay information and resolve inquiries.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create formulas and manage data efficiently.
• Ensure all tasks are completed promptly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling for executives.
• Strong skills in booking and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
