Regional Director of Nursing (RN)
At Trustwell, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and fostering communities where seniors feel supported, respected, and at home. Our team members are the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for an experienced Regional Nurse to join us in leading quality clinical care across multiple communities.
The Opportunity
As a Regional Nurse, you’ll play a vital leadership role supporting several assisted living communities within your region. You’ll serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing teams, ensuring that residents receive compassionate, high-quality care while helping communities remain compliant with state regulations and company standards. This is a rewarding opportunity to influence care practices, develop strong nursing teams, and make a real difference in the lives of residents and their families.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to community nursing teams.
- Support and mentor Directors of Nursing and care staff to ensure quality resident outcomes.
- Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and help implement best practices in resident care.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of nursing staff.
- Partner with Executive Directors and leadership teams to maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
- Travel regularly within the region to visit communities and provide hands-on support.
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license in good standing (multi-state license a plus).
- 3+ years of multi-site nursing leadership experience, preferably in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living and healthcare.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for senior care and mentoring clinical teams.
- Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned region.
We Offer
- Opportunity to influence care and culture across multiple communities.
- Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment.
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
- Career growth and professional development opportunities.
- A mission-driven organization where your work truly makes a difference.
Why Join Us?
At Trustwell, we believe in creating a work environment that fosters growth and satisfaction. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development. By joining our team, you’ll become part of a community that values care and compassion toward its senior residents. We strive to build an inclusive work environment that celebrates differences and empowers all individuals with opportunities to channel their entrepreneurial spirit. Trustwell is an EEO employer.
