Logistics and Shipping Specialist Location Conroe, TX : High School/GED Job Summary As a logistics and shipping specialist at AllianceHCM, you will work daily with high priority freight for clients, and employees, as well as federal and state agencies. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being on their feet most of the day. They should have a strong track record of learning in a role and a willingness to adapt to change. Reports To The role is based in The Woodlands, TX and candidates should expect to work from The Woodlands office 5 days per week. The role reports to the companys Director of Customer Service. Key Responsibilities Print, pack, and ship high priority mail Prepare FedEx Shipments Continue to improve and refine mail room operations Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong track record of holding similar roles Familiarity with printers and fax machines Able to remain standing and walking around 80% of the day Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs Ability to read and execute detailed delivery instructions Why Alliance?
