Our team is seeking a dedicated professional to take on a dual role as Business Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Office Manager who is eager to expand into community outreach and marketing. Position SummaryThe Business Office Manager (BOM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business office, including resident billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and financial reporting. This role will also support marketing and census development efforts by building relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and the local community. Key Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of the business office, including resident trust accounts, billing, collections, and Medicaid/Medicare processes. * Supervise and train business office staff (if applicable). * Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and procedures. * Support the admissions and marketing team with tours, community events, and referral development. * Represent the facility in a professional and positive manner within the community. * Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve financial and census goals. Qualifications * Required: Previous Business Office Manager experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting. * Desired but not required: Experience in marketing, admissions, or census development. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing is highly preferred.
