Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Leading Commercial & Industrial General Contractor
A highly respected Commercial/Industrial General Contractor is actively seeking an experienced Tilt Wall / Light Industrial Superintendent to join its growing operations team in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
This is an opportunity to join a contractor with an exceptionally strong pipeline of work through 2026 and 2027 , offering long-term stability, career growth, and the chance to lead some of the region’s most notable industrial projects — all local to DFW with no extended travel required.

Projects include:
- Tilt-wall distribution centers
- Light industrial facilities
- Warehouses & logistics hubs
- Manufacturing and flex industrial developments
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience leading ground-up tilt-wall/light industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field coordination
- Ability to drive schedules and manage subcontractor performance
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
- Leadership skills that create accountability and positive jobsite culture

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to $130K DOE
- Bonus: Up to 15%+ annual bonus
- Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month
