What You'll Do:
Manage daily jobsite activities for ground-up commercial builds
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Oversee safety, scheduling, quality, and closeout
Collaborate with PMs and engineers from start to finish
Maintain site logistics, punch list, and daily reporting
Enforce OSHA and company-specific safety standards
Lead from the front with professionalism and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of commercial GC experience (Superintendent or Sr. Supt)
Strong experience with base building / ground-up construction (Mission Critical/Data Center preferred)
Comfortable managing subcontractor scopes, field logistics, and tight deadlines
Tech-savvy: familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
OSHA 30 preferred – safety-first mindset a must
Excellent communication, site leadership, and client-facing skills
