We are currently seeking a Mainframe Software Development Specialist (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We have a Mainframe Engineer/Developer opening that represents an outstanding opportunity to further develop an individual’s career in technology by supporting our business partners to ensure projects are implemented with the highest quality. This Mainframe Engineer is part of a high energetic team, responsible for code research, development, testing and will work with environment groups to integrate and support changes from development to test to production environments.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in mainframe coding and debugging
5+ years of experience with CICS, COBOL
3-5 years experience with DB2, VSAM, MQ and JCL

Preferred Skills:
Good CICS System knowledge
Good understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing process

Should be familiar with DB2 tools, File-Aid, scheduler and debugger tools

Good communication and ability to interact with Partners.

General knowledge in core Java and Front-end Technologies (Angular) is plus

Endeavor Software Manager migration tool/process

SFTP/AWXAY Secure File transfer knowledge

Ability to work independently and within a team structure

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant academics required
