Aviation Admin Assistant
Financial Additions is assisting an established aviation company with an Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in administrative support, customer service and is highly professional
This position is in office daily and has great benefits and company culture.
Standard hours are 9am-5pm
On call coverage could be required at times
What you will do :
- Maintain records for aviation department operations, reports and files
- Maintain schedules and calendars, meetings, trips and related logistics
- Monitor emails, calls and requests
- Assists with trip coordination and scheduling workflows
- Manage office and desk duties, including phone coverage, visitor support and conference room coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
What qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI is a plus
- Aviation scheduling, dispatch, or flight department support preferred
- Must be professional, dependable and service oriented
- Strong Tenure is required
