Job Title: Finance and Grants Analyst
Location: Houston, TX
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in nonprofit accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Financial reporting expertise
- Grant compliance experience
- HR experience
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Procurement:
- Oversee and manage procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
Government Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to government agencies.
Finance and Grant Accounting:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Track and report on grant funds, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
Monitor Vendors and Partner Agreements:
- Maintain relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring adherence to agreements.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms when necessary.
Auditing:
- Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure financial accuracy.
- Implement audit recommendations for process improvement.
General HR:
- Participate in HR functions, including hiring and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR to address employee financial concerns.
