About the Role

As a Remote Client Support Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing guidance, answering questions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the client experience.

What You'll Do

Client Support

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products and services clearly and professionally

• Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates

• Review existing coverage and discuss available options

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Relationship Building

• Build trust through professionalism and empathy

• Develop long-term client relationships

• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction

• Support families with integrity and compassion

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

• Attend team meetings and coaching sessions

• Continue developing communication, leadership, and client service skills
