The Parts and Accessories Specialist will be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them find the right parts and accessories to enhance their powersports experience. You will be responsible for inventory management, dealer and customer service, and sales support, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. General Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist dealers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their powersports vehicles, providing expert advice and recommendations. · Process dealer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in product selection and pricing. · Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction. · Handle dealer and customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts and accessories in a professional manner. · Help manage and maintain an organized inventory of parts and accessories, including receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory levels. · Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies. · Coordinate with the Parts and Accessories Manager to order and replenish stock, ensuring that popular and critical items are always available. · Work closely with the sales team to promote and sell parts and accessories as part of the overall customer experience. · Prepare and display promotional materials and product information to drive sales of parts and accessories. · Track sales performance of parts and accessories and report on trends and opportunities for improvement. · Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the powersports industry, including knowledge of various brands, models, and their specific parts and accessories. · Provide technical support and advice to customers and service technicians, helping to diagnose and resolve issues related to parts. · Process and fulfill parts and accessories orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to dealers. · Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and accessories. · Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support the negotiation of pricing, management of lead times, and ensuring high-quality parts are available. · Stay informed about new products, updates, and promotions from vendors to provide the best options to dealers and customers. · Maintain accurate records of all transactions, inventory levels, and sales data. · Prepare regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and dealer and customer feedback. · Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on new products, industry trends, and best practices. · Assist in training new team members on parts and accessories processes and procedures. · Additional duties when necessary. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus. · Proven experience in a parts and accessories role, preferably within the powersports, automotive, or related industry. · Strong technical knowledge of powersports vehicles and their components. · Excellent customer service and communication skills with a customer first attitude · Previous knowledge of SAP is a plus · Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Must be comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills. Physical Demands: This position is office-based with occasional visits to service centers, training sites, or partner locations. It requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, as well as occasional standing or walking during training sessions or inspections. Light lifting of technical equipment or materials (up to 60 pounds) may be required. Domestic and international travel may be necessary for product launches, training delivery, or cross-regional coordination. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
