Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - San Antonio, TX

Are you a CDL-A driver eager to find an independent contractor position offering excellent pay and modern equipment? Join American Trucking Group as a W2 Dry Van driver, with refrigerated routes available across all 48 states and plenty of earning potential.

Home Time:

• Enjoy 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, providing ample time for personal commitments and family.

Equipment:

• Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia truck, featuring a diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to enhance your comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Work with 100% no-touch refrigerated freight covering all 48 states, including lucrative routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Experience a weekly average pay ranging from $1,600 to $1,800 with a competitive $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is available, disbursed at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, along with a year-end 10% profit share bonus.

Running Area:

• Enjoy the freedom of OTR driving across all 48 states, with various refrigerated freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Benefits:

• This role is a 1099 independent contractor position that includes a passenger policy for those aged 18 and over at no charge. A pet policy is also available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition.
