Barn Administative Assistant Needed
The Administrative assistant needs to know how to work in QuickBooks, Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excell and have good social media abilities. Great People skills and being prompt in returning messages are a must. Our facility handles 60 + horses, 120+ lessons per week with 4 instructors and summer camps. We also attend horse shows and raise, train and market horses. Having great phone skills, proper grammar and etiquette are required. Having a basic understanding of the riding lesson teaching process is a plus but not required.
Outstanding People skills, Positive attitude, Living and working by the golden rule, great phone voice, Typing 40+ words per minute.
