About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team onsite in Kingwood, TX. This position plays a crucial role in supporting multiple research protocols, working directly with investigators, sponsors, and internal departments to ensure high-quality, compliant research operations.

Clinical Research Coordinator (Onsite)Location: Kingwood, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (subject to change by Division Director) Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of multiple research studies
• Serve as a liaison between site research personnel, sponsors, and supervisors
• Review and track study protocol, patient eligibility, and informed consent
• Collect and enter data accurately into case report forms or electronic systems
• Prepare, ship, and track clinical study supplies and specimens
• Monitor and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and other study-specific updates
• Attend investigator meetings, calls, and training sessions
• Maintain compliance with internal SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements: Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Degree in a related field (Preferred)

Certifications:

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (Preferred)

Health Requirements:

• Hepatitis B vaccine
• Seasonal influenza vaccine or signed declination
• MMR and Varicella titers

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Basic knowledge of clinical trial procedures (ECG, phlebotomy, specimen handling)
• Proficient in data entry and documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
