HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator (Contract)90-Day Contract | No Outside Vendors

Our client is seeking a highly organized and resourceful HR professional to support a fast-growing organization undergoing significant people, process, and technology improvements. This hands-on role will partner closely with HR leadership to drive recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, HR operations, and process automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities for multiple open positions
• Manage candidate movement from offer through onboarding
• Support payroll processing, reporting, and process improvements
• Improve HR workflows, forms, policies, and onboarding documentation
• Assist with ATS administration and recruiting process optimization
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to automate manual processes
• Create tracking tools, controls, and project plans for HR initiatives
• Research HR best practices and support implementation efforts

Qualifications:

• 3 years of HR Operations, HR Generalist, Recruiting Operations, or Payroll experience
• Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Strong project management and process improvement skills
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Payroll and PEO experience preferred
