We are seeking Licensed, Experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Producers who are ready to help our customers with auto, home, life, renters insurance & more. Our successful trusted advisors help clients understand the importance of proper coverage and help educate them on why insurance is so important.

We currently have opportunities at any of our 3 DFW Area locations: Southlake, Colleyville, or Burleson,.
All candidates must have a valid P&C Insurance License to be considered.
Total Comp Package = $60,000 - $100,000+ includes Base Wage (DOE) + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why its so important to have proper coverage
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Answer the phone and assist walk in customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs
- MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
- Must be willing to work from one of our 3 agency locations *REQUIRED*
- MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
- Desire to want to help educate others on insurance how and why its important to have the proper coverage
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
- Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Previous Allstate Insurance Experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
