Description
We are seeking a Site Visit Coordinator to join our Business Process Delivery team, supporting healthcare providers in understanding and complying with Medicaid program requirements. This role combines in-person provider engagement with remote coordination and reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a travel-based schedule while maintaining strong relationships with providers across a designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a remote field representative responsible for managing and servicing a designated territory
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled face-to-face visits with providers to ensure adherence to Medicaid policies and procedures
- Travel daily within the assigned territory, up to 3 hours in each direction from home, using a reliable personal vehicle
- Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.70 per mile
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Medicaid policies, internal processes, and available provider resources
- Independently manage workload and territory using various reporting and tracking tools
- Monitor personal performance and workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with providers, peers, and internal workgroups
- Actively participate in remote team trainings, workgroups, and collaborative initiatives
- Meet all contractual and program obligations while promoting a consistent and professional presence in the provider community
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong understanding of Medicaid policies and provider resources
- Effective interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a travel-based daily schedule
- Analytical and reporting skills to monitor progress and manage workload
- Adaptability to balance remote work with individual and team responsibilities
- Time management and territory organization
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
- Must reside in the Dallas, TX area
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel
- No visa restrictions
- Experience in provider-facing or healthcare support roles preferred
- Familiarity with state Medicaid programs
- Ability to self-monitor and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and participating in virtual team activities
- No vaccination mandate required for this role
