Senior Payroll Processor POST NUMBER: 476185
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite
Uptown Dallas Compensation: $85-90k bonus (depending on experience) Position Summary:
One of Vaco’s real estate clients is looking for a Senior focused on payroll to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience with relevant payroll processing experience, some reconciliation work, and multi-unit or multi-location type structure backgrounds. Responsibilities:
- Payroll, benefits, 401k, PTO processing in a high volume environment
- Completing analyses and analytics around FTEs, PTO
- Assist with general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Garnishments, payroll tax compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address financial reporting and operational issues.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation to streamline financial workflows.
- 5 years of experience, with a strong background in high volume payroll processing
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, not required
- Workday experience is a huge plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
