Architectural Project Manager-Tyler-Texa
Position Overview: Manage architectural projects from concept through construction, including construction documents, permitting, bidding, scheduling, budgets, and construction administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate drafters and assistant project managers.
- Manage permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
- Handle RFIs, field issues, and contractor coordination.
- Communicate with clients and manage project expectations.
- Track schedules and budgets.
- 3–5 years of architectural project management experience.
- Strong AutoCAD skills.
- Construction documentation.

- Architectural degree preferred.
- Licensure/licensure-track status preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary: USD $60,000–$85,000. Benefits: Commission (~10% on fees), annual bonuses, SIMPLE IRA up to 3% match, PTO, holidays. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; half-day Friday. Relocation: Limited assistance. Visa sponsorship: No.
