: Maatco is currently seeking an Office Temp to provide temporary administrative support to our team in San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional office environment and contribute to a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Greet clients and visitors and assist them with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate contact.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for conference rooms and meeting spaces.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Flexibility to work on a temporary basis as needed.
