Leslie Massey Farmers Insurance in AMARILLO, Texas, is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative . ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for assisting clients with policy changes, renewals and onboarding to our agency. Duties include renewal communication, answering the phone, sending evidence of insurance, uploading policy documents, and dealing with underwriting issues.
Requirements- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
