Virtual Biologic Sales Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Biologic Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist.
In this role the Virtual Biologic Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist you will lead outbound sales and marketing engagements in a virtual pharmaceutical environment, focusing on physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel. You will drive awareness, education, and adoption of products within your assigned accounts.

- Develop and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of complex clinical disease states and advanced treatment guidelines.
- Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic interactions with assigned targets.
- Clearly communicate complex product information to healthcare professionals to positively impact patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced virtual selling techniques informed by HCP behavior to drive demand, reinforce accountability, and generate sales that convert targets to the field sales team.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans that leverage a deep understanding of the market landscape, dynamics and patient access challenges.
- Address customer needs and drive sales performance.
- Provide solutions to customers by creating tailored experiences that address the unique needs of each account.
- Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre-/post-call analysis proficiency.
- Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of aligned targets.
- Understand and utilize Telephony system and record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training.

- BA/BS degree required
- 3+ years of demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience
- Specialty Pharmacy, Biologics or Buy and Bill experience required
- Experience in account planning and/or complex reimbursement model
- Expert selling skills including customer engagement & relationship building success via e-promotion
- Ability to learn quickly & apply disease state & product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner
- Demonstrates initiative; self-motivated & performance driven
