We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single location restaurant specializing in a mix of dine-in, takeout, and delivery services. The ideal candidate will lead a large team of 20+ staff members, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth operations, and adherence to quality standards. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role involves comprehensive oversight from staffing to vendor coordination, all within a framework that values work-life balance with no late nights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team of 20+ staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Oversee inventory control and schedule employee shifts efficiently
• Handle budgeting and coordinate with vendors for supply procurement
• Develop and conduct staff training programs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
• Maintain quality assurance across all service models: dine-in, takeout, and delivery
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to the General Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
