Position Summary
Symbiotic Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Fulfillment Coordinator to support brand fulfillment, inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational execution across marketing, merchandising, and sales initiatives.
This role is responsible for coordinating marketing materials, retail displays, event assets, product requests, inventory tracking, and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at process management, and demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, processing, tracking, fulfillment, and delivery of marketing, merchandising, sales, and event-related requests.
- Coordinate inventory, logistics, shipping, and returns with internal teams, vendors, manufacturing partners, and freight carriers.
- Maintain inventory records, shipment documentation, part number libraries, lead times, usage reporting, and replenishment planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support fulfillment needs for retail partners, events, trade shows, showrooms, and special projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, production schedules, and quality control processes.
- Develop and improve fulfillment workflows, SOPs, request systems, and operational documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Track fulfillment performance, inventory activity, expenses, and key operational metrics while providing reporting and forecasting support.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, fulfillment, or operational support functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar platforms preferred).
- Familiarity with Formstack or similar workflow and automation tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems.
- Experience with shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
- Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Requirements
- On-site position located in the South Dallas area.
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including packing, organizing materials, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
