Pay: $19.50 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience) | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Project Duration: 6–8 Week Contract Opportunity

Openwork is hiring dependable Helpers / General Laborers to support a project-based assignment in Katy. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Break down wooden reels safely and efficiently.
• Perform general housekeeping and cleanup duties.
• Support daily yard and production operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2+ years of warehouse, assembly, helper, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions (shaded canopy provided).
• Must wear steel toe shoes.
• Ability to lift, move, and stay active throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
