The Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you’ll be supporting our pediatric and orthodontic dental offices across multiple states. You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, help patients prepare for their visits, ensure their information and insurance details are accurate, and keep our office teams informed and organized. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who enjoys providing excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Register new patients
• Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $12.25 per hour
• Bonus Pay: Up to $200 additional per month
• Schedule: Day shift. Monday-Friday
