Interim Treasury & Capital Optimization Manager (Approx. 3-Month Engagement) Vaco is partnering with a San Antonio-based client seeking an experienced Treasury & Capital Optimization Manager for an interim engagement expected to last approximately three months. This individual will play a key role in supporting the VP of Finance and driving initiatives related to treasury operations, cash flow optimization, working capital management, and capital planning. Key responsibilities include: Treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking relationships Cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization Debt management and FX exposure analysis CAPEX budgeting, governance, and investment analysis SG&A forecasting, reporting, and cost management Financial reporting and executive-level business partnering Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other business leaders Qualified candidates will have experience in: Treasury operations and cash management Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning Working capital improvement initiatives CAPEX planning and financial analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environments preferred Location: San Antonio, TX Duration: Approximately 3 months If you are interested or know someone who may be a fit, please send me a direct message.
