• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift

We are seeking a reliable Night Shift Administrative Assistant to support overnight operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced work environment. This role ensures smooth night operations while supporting field and office personnel.Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document handling)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheetsBilingual (English & Spanish)Strong time management and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with drivers and office staffAbility to multitask and handle changing prioritiesAttention to detail with paperwork and job records

Night Shift Administrative Qualifications:

• * Previous administrative, office, or dispatch experience preferred but not required
• * Basic computer skills and ability to perform accurate data entry
• * Ability to work independently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment
• * Strong communication and organizational skills
• * Must pass standard pre-employment screening and be authorized to work in the U.S.
