Position: Sr. Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Houston, TX (Allen Parkway Area)

Base Salary: Up to $95K

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client's Houston office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing meaningful support to our team while contributing to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from "file to trial," ensuring all legal documents and filings are accurate and timely.
• Draft and answer discovery requests.
• Provide trial preparation support, including organizing exhibits, documents, and other materials.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless case management.
• Maintain detailed records and case files while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, including trial experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and "hit the ground running."
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent professional tenure and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
• Genuine passion for personal injury law.
