Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers

Type: Contract

Compensation: $1500–$1700

Location: Remote

Duration: ~2 weeks

Commitment: ~15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create deliverables for common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain.
• Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research .
• Work independently and remotely on a flexible schedule.
• Contribute expertise to cutting-edge AI research .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management .
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.

Start Date

• Immediate

Compensation & Legal

• Payment : All experts receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz. Experts who pass enter a work trial period with a $1,500 payment for the first task. Payment then shifts to hourly pay.
• Performance Bonus : Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive on top of their per task rate.
