Building Maintenance
Building Maintenance Technician
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused highly driven and experienced Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the upkeep of the building and its surroundings. This includes but is not limited to plumbing electrical mechanical and cosmetic repairs.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily physical building rounds inspection of the facility for issues to be repaired.
- Preventive Maintenance rounds of facility.
- Minor plumbing electrical mechanical and cosmetic repairs of facility and equipment within. Painting a must.
- All other assigned tasks as applicable.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum two years on the job experience.
- Minimum one year construction or professional trade experience is preferred.
- Experience with multiple hand and power tools preferred.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS (Including Drivers License)
Operators Drivers License must be insurable.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
