The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and safeguarding the integrity of both trust and operating accounts. This position is responsible for property‑level and company‑level accounting and works closely with leadership, property managers, owners, tenants, and vendors to support the overall financial health of the organization. The Details

- Job Type: Full‑Time
- Pay: Commensurate with experience
This role has a strong focus on property management accounting and includes responsibility for:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Financial Reporting
- Account Reconciliations
- Insurance Management
- Banking & Trust Accounting
- High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of property management accounting experience
OR Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of experience - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks (Buildium preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
