Accountant and Personal assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting and Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative support to the CEO.
Accounting
1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks accounting software
2. Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
4. Prepare financial reports for review by the management team.
Administrative Support
1. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Manage the CEO's calendar and emails, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
4. Conduct research, compile data, and assist in various projects as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other MS Office Suite softwares
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of relevant work experience.
