MIG Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )

• This role is crucial for fabricating and assembling metal products according to precise technical drawings and quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will have strong welding expertise in mild and stainless steel, be proficient with various power tools, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components, ensuring all parts are produced accurately to print specifications.
• Fabricate metal products by welding, cutting, and shaping materials based on technical drawings or customer-provided samples.
• Operate and maintain a variety of electric and pneumatic power tools, including grinders, sanders, needle guns, drills, saws, and metal shears.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of welds to ensure quality, integrity, and adherence to standards

MIG Welder Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience as a MIG Welder, with demonstrated proficiency in welding mild steel and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in the operation and maintenance of common hand and power tools used in metal fabrication.
• Strong visual inspection capabilities for identifying weld defects and ensuring quality.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods (10-hour shifts)
