Strategic Account Representative
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development—preferably in hospice or palliative care.
- Strong knowledge of community-based care models, healthcare systems, and value-based payment structure
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
- Must provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
- Travel regionally as needed
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, including hospitals, primary care groups, skilled nursing facilities, hospice providers, and managed care organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow patient census and expand referral networks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and healthcare landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and present reports for stakeholders, including funding agencies and board members
- Performs other duties as required.
- Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures
